Drawktoberfest (or I should say... Drawvemberfest for me)!

Here is a little update of what I'm doing with a bit of my free time. I'm participating in a social media challenge designed to inspire you to be creative and draw every day. I find these online group activities very useful, especially when you need the motivation and the practice! :) The list has 31 off-the-wall subjects inline with the days of October. I'm extremely far behind, so I'm just going to pump sketches out and post them. Who knows, maybe a few of the ideas may be worth developing further into illustrations and such. "Open Mic Night" is always a sure way to get past a creative slump

It's been awhile since I've posted anything, but I though I should chime in and give you something to look at. I went to a cool coffee shop the other day with an old college buddy and got some sketching in. Open mic' night was the perfect opportunity to capture a vast array of colorful looking characters. If you ever have any creative blocks, I suggest you seek out one of these watering holes and get drawing!
